a) The Terms And Conditions govern the sale of all Products and services by Trenz Electronic GmbH ("TRENZ" or "Seller"). The undermentioned Delivery Conditions extend this contract. Buyer agrees with our Terms and Conditions.
2 Payment
Prepaid orders and credit card payment are accepted. In addition, COD payment within Germany is possible. All amounts will be in Euro (EUR). With exception a payment on invoice may be agreed for schools, universities and public institutions.
2.1 Credit Card Payment
EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa credit cards will be accepted. Please enter your card data during ordering. Your data transmission will be secured by SSL.
2.2 C.O.D
Cash-On-Delivery payment will be accepted for shipments in Germany.
The following fees are required on C.O.D payment:
0,3% of the total value, at least 5,90 EUR within Germany. All costs are shown before the order is finished.
The delivery may not be partitioned.
2.3 Prepaid Order
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice containing your order details and our bank account information. The delivery will be made after reception of the whole amount invoiced including all additional fees and transfer costs. Please ensure a fast bank transfer after reception of the invoice. Otherwise, the purchased goods may be discontinued in the meantime.
3 Cost of Delivery
Packaging, shipment, C.O.D. fees (in case C.O.D. payment is possible) and insurance costs are updated continuously. The actual amounts will be stated by the shop during the checkout process.
