Das Trenz Electronic TEM0002 SmartBerry mit Raspberry Pi Formfaktor ist ein industrielles Modul auf Basis von Microchip SmartFusion 2 SoC (System on a Chip). Das Modul verfügt über 256 MByte DDR3L SDRAM, einen Gigabit Ethernet PHY, vier Anschlussmöglichkeiten für Pmods, einen GPIO Pin Header kompatibel zum Raspberry Pi Pinout und eine Micro USB-to-UART Schnittstelle. SmartFusion2 kombiniert einen 166 MHz Cortex-M3 Core mit 256 KByte Flash, 80 KByte SRAM und einer 12 kLUT FPGA Core Logik.
