The predecessor of this article is TEBT0808-01. All changes are in the Product Change Notification (PCN).

The TEBT0808 is a testboard for Trenz Electronic MPSoC modules TE0803, TE0807 and TE0808.

  • Accepts TE0803, TE0807 and TE0808 MPSoC modules from Trenz Electronic
  • Single 3.3 V input
  • Header for TE0790 JTAG/UART Adapter
  • 20 Pin ARM JTAG header (connected to MIO JTAG 0)
  • 10 Pin I2C header for Silabs Clock Builder Field Programmer
  • Done, Error/Status LEDs
  • One PL GT with SMA connectors
  • One PS GT with SMA connectors
  • GT local loopback
  • PL I/O loopbacks
  • PS I/O loopbacks
  • Boot Mode switches
  • Power control switches to control TE0808 power domains

Supported Bootmodes are SPI and JTAG.

Scope of Delivery

  • 1 x TEBT0808-02 Trenz Electronic testboard for TE0803, TE0807 and TE0808

Including pre-assembled accessories

  • 1 x XMOD FTDI JTAG adapter (TE0790), compatible with Xilinx tools
