The predecessor of this article is TEF1001-03-B2IX4-A. All changes are in the Product Change Notification (PCN).

Note: Carrier without pads for conduction cooling!

The Trenz Electronic TEF1001-03-B2IX4-K is a PCIe FMC Carrier integrating an AMD Kintex-7 160T FPGA, 32 MByte SPI Flash, a 4 lane PCIe and a DDR3 SODIMM with ECC Socket.

It can also be equipped with Kintex-7 325T or 410T, please ask for minimum quantities.

All parts are at least industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.
