Our site has various features to make your online shopping with Trenz Electronic pleasant and productive. This includes a powerful search function, a clear arrangement of the items and the practical wish list.
In the top menu bar you'll get references to our Wiki and our forum. Here you will also find the link to your personal "My Account", the wish list and several informations, such as customer services, conversion of currency and language settings.
Creating a Customer Account
While creating your account, please pay attention to the corresponding class of customer (private person or company). This assignment can't be changed later by the customer through the system. Did you entered a different assignment by mistake or if you want to change your assignment please don't hesitate to contact us with e-mail email@example.com or a phone call. We are happy to make the changes in the system for you.
Here you can store your personal favorites - assuming you are registered and currently logged in with us. Simply choose the desired item with one click on the wish list and we store it automatically for your personal wish list. In this way you can easily retrieve your marked item at a subsequent visit.
Use the search field at the center top of each page to look for a specific product on the page. The search terms can be narrowed by several attributes, like date, price, manufacturer or the product category.
In your shopping cart you can see a general overview of the items you have collected, and determine the total amount. It have also the opportunity to calculate shipping costs for your location and redeem vouchers.
Redeeming a Voucher
If there is at least one article in your shopping card, please mark the option "I have a voucher" in the shopping card and insert the code in the ensuing field. With a click on the arrow right next to it, the voucher will be activated and shows the reduced total sum immediately.
If you view your shopping cart you are able to checkout to complete your order and finalize your online shopping visit or to continue shopping. If you have already created an account at our store before, you can use your e-mail address to login. Otherwise we recommend to create an account. Having an account will give you access to handy features such as the view of your personal order history and the changing of shipping/billing address.

The billing address is always stored in your account. Of course you have the ability to specify a different delivery address. If you have saved different addresses on previous orders, you are able to select one of them.
We ship via UPS worldwide and with DHL within Germany and to Austria. You have the choice between three different UPS shipping methods and DHL insured shipment:
- UPS Standard Shipping - "Opt for a fast, reliable service at not time critical deliveries to destinations within Germany and Europe."
- UPS Express - "Scheduled delivery the next morning across Europe and fast delivery worldwide."
- UPS Express Saver - "Rely on scheduled delivery on the next working day across Europe and fast delivery worldwide. An economical alternative to our Express-Service"
- DHL Paket including tracking and optional delivery to a Packstation or to a Post branch office. In case of loss or damage to the consignment, DHL is liable up to a value of 2500 EUR.
Verify and Order
Here you have the opportunity to review the entire order again and specify the payment method. You are able to change the billing and shipping address here, too.
Please check carefully all informations listed on this page. This is the last chance to correct your informations. To complete the order, you have to explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions.
If you choose advance payment you get 3% discount (for order in our online-shop only).
With option "Paid in advance" you'll receive our bank details together with a detailed order confirmation in a seperate E-mail from one of our Sales team members. The shipment will be carried out after full payment.
Next up is the payment information. You can either pay with PayPal, credit card (MasterCard/VISA) or payment in advance. If you want to pay by credit card or PayPal, the service is processed via PAYONE (a certified payment service provider).
Credit card payer follow these steps please:
- After you clicked on "Send order" you will be directed to your own bank due to a security query.
- Please fill out the form with the requested data. The data depends on which bank you are a customer of.
- As soon as you confirmed your input you will be redirected to our shop. It's possible to review or print your order.

Here you can review all orders you made in the past, and also track recent orders. Following "View Order" will show up your order's details and the actual status of an individual order. You can also reorder complete orders at the click of a mouse.
